In your search for good nutrition you have probably concluded like we did that it’s just not easy to get all the nutrition you need in this world we live in now. If you could eat all organic food it might be possible, but since much soil has been depleted of its minerals, it really might not be any more. So the solution is supplementing our healthy diets with vitamins.

We have been vitamaniacs for 30 years now, and one of the owners is a certified herbalist as well. So on this site we offer nutrition advice, vitamin advice, tips for healing the natural way, and products in all these areas.

We are passionate about getting and staying healthy by natural means and dispelling some of the myths that surround the health field.
